2. Processing Time
– Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.
– Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
– Dispatch: Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
– Standard Shipping: Typically, delivery takes between 5-7 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary based on your location and local postal services.
– Expedited Shipping: For an additional fee, we offer expedited shipping with delivery in 2-3 business days. This option can be selected at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the provided link.
5. International Shipping
At this time, The Island Depot only ships within the U.S. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities and will update our customers as soon as international shipping becomes available.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We strive to reach as many customers as possible; however, we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions about shipping to your area.
7. Delivery Issues
– Delayed or Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in tracking it down.
– Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize there’s an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
